1 · Introduction

This Privacy Policy describes how aisqad-aiwrkr (“we,” “us,” “our”) collects, uses, and shares information when you visit aisqad.com, interact with our content, request a demo, contact our sales team, or use the aisqad-aiwrkr platform as an authorised user.

For information about how we process personal data on behalf of our enterprise customers (as a data processor), please refer to our Data Processing Addendum.

2 · Information we collect

Information you provide directly

  • Contact information — name, work email, phone number, company, role — when you request a demo, contact sales, or sign up for our Free tier
  • Account information — login credentials, role assignments, preferences — when you create an authorised user account
  • Communications — emails, support requests, demo conversation transcripts
  • Payment information — handled by our payment processor; we do not store full card numbers

Information collected automatically

  • Technical data — IP address, browser type, device type, operating system, referring URL
  • Usage data — pages visited, time spent, navigation paths, feature interactions
  • Cookies and similar technologies — see our cookie disclosure below

Information from third parties

  • Business contact enrichment from data providers when you submit a demo request from a corporate email
  • Authentication providers if you sign in via SSO (SAML, OIDC)

3 · How we use information

  • To respond to your enquiries, schedule demos, and provide customer support
  • To provide, maintain, and improve the aisqad-aiwrkr platform
  • To send service communications about your account, security, and platform changes
  • To send marketing communications about new features, industry research, and events (with the ability to unsubscribe at any time)
  • To analyse website performance, understand user needs, and improve our content
  • To comply with legal obligations and protect our legal rights

4 · How we share information

We do not sell personal information. We share information only as described below:

  • Service providers and sub-processors — cloud infrastructure (AWS, Google Cloud), email delivery, customer support tools, payment processing, analytics. All sub-processors are bound by data protection agreements.
  • Professional advisors — auditors, legal counsel, insurers where required
  • Legal compliance — when required by law, regulation, court order, or government request
  • Business transfers — in the event of a merger, acquisition, or asset sale, subject to confidentiality protections

5 · International transfers

aisqad-aiwrkr is headquartered in India. We process information in India, the European Union, the United States, Singapore, and other jurisdictions where our service providers operate. Where we transfer personal data outside the jurisdiction in which it was collected, we use lawful transfer mechanisms including:

  • EU Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) for transfers from the European Economic Area
  • UK International Data Transfer Addendum for transfers from the United Kingdom
  • India DPDP Act compliant transfer mechanisms
  • Customer consent where appropriate

6 · Data retention

We retain personal data for as long as necessary to provide the services, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. Specific retention periods:

  • Demo request data — 3 years from last interaction unless you request earlier deletion
  • Customer account data — duration of contractual relationship plus 7 years for legal/audit purposes
  • Marketing communications consent — until you withdraw consent
  • Website analytics — 26 months

7 · Your rights

Subject to the applicable law in your jurisdiction, you have the following rights:

  • Right of access — request a copy of the personal data we hold about you
  • Right of rectification — request correction of inaccurate or incomplete data
  • Right to erasure — request deletion of your personal data in defined circumstances
  • Right to restriction — request restriction of processing
  • Right to data portability — receive your data in a structured, machine-readable format
  • Right to object — object to processing based on legitimate interests, including direct marketing
  • Right to withdraw consent — where processing is based on consent
  • Right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority

To exercise any of these rights, contact privacy@aisqad.com. We will respond within the statutory timeframes applicable to your jurisdiction (typically 30 days under GDPR / DPDP).

8 · Children’s privacy

The aisqad-aiwrkr platform and website are intended for business use by adults. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children under 18. If you believe we have inadvertently collected such data, contact us and we will delete it.

9 · Cookies and tracking

We use cookies and similar technologies for the following purposes:

  • Strictly necessary cookies — required for the website to function (session management, security, load balancing)
  • Functional cookies — remember your preferences (language, region)
  • Analytics cookies — measure website performance and improve content (anonymised where possible)

We do not use advertising or third-party tracking cookies. You can manage cookie preferences through your browser settings. Blocking strictly necessary cookies may prevent parts of the website from functioning.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be communicated to you via email (if you have an account) or via a notice on this page. The “Effective date” at the top of this page indicates when the current version took effect. Continued use of our services after a change constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
