1 · Acceptance of terms

By accessing or using aisqad.com (the “Website”) or the aisqad-aiwrkr platform (the “Platform”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”) and our Privacy Policy. If you are accessing the Website or Platform on behalf of an organisation, you represent that you have authority to bind that organisation to these Terms.

If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Website or Platform.

2 · Description of services

aisqad-aiwrkr provides the Enterprise Autonomous AI Worker Stack — a platform that enables enterprises to deploy AI Workers to handle voice, chat, WhatsApp, email, and digital workflows. Platform access is subject to the terms of your enterprise agreement with us. The Website provides marketing information, documentation, and the ability to request a demo or contact our sales team.

3 · User accounts

Certain features require an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration
• Maintain the security of your credentials and not share them with unauthorised parties
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorised use of your account or any other security breach
• Be responsible for all activities conducted under your account

4 · Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use the Website or Platform for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable law or regulation
• Interfere with, disrupt, or attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Website, Platform, or related systems
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the Platform (except as permitted by applicable law)
• Use automated means (scrapers, bots, crawlers) to access the Website except as expressly permitted by our robots.txt file
• Submit false, misleading, or fraudulent information through any form on the Website
• Use the Platform to develop a competing service
• Use the Platform in ways that infringe the rights of any third party

5 · Intellectual property

The Website and the Platform, including all software, content, design, trademarks, logos, and other materials, are owned by aisqad-aiwrkr or our licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. Subject to your compliance with these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Website for your internal business evaluation purposes.

“aisqad-aiwrkr,” “aisqad,” “aiwrkr,” and our logos are trademarks of aisqad-aiwrkr. You may not use these marks without our prior written consent.

Any feedback, suggestions, or ideas you provide regarding the Website or Platform may be used by us without obligation to you.

6 · Confidentiality

Information shared during demos, pricing discussions, or technical deep-dives that is marked as confidential or that a reasonable person would understand to be confidential, may not be disclosed to third parties without our consent. Confidentiality obligations survive termination of your access to the Website or Platform.

7 · Disclaimers

The Website is provided “as is” and “as available.” We make no warranties, express or implied, regarding the accuracy, completeness, reliability, or availability of the Website or any content on it. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we disclaim all implied warranties including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

Platform-specific warranties, service levels, and support commitments are governed by your enterprise agreement with us, not by these Website Terms.

8 · Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, aisqad-aiwrkr shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Website, including loss of profits, data, business opportunity, or goodwill. Our aggregate liability for all claims arising from your use of the Website shall not exceed one hundred US dollars ($100). This limitation does not apply to liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law (such as for gross negligence, wilful misconduct, or death/personal injury).

9 · Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold aisqad-aiwrkr, its affiliates, officers, employees, and agents harmless from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your breach of these Terms or your unlawful use of the Website.

10 · Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Website at any time, with or without notice, if we believe you have violated these Terms or applicable law. Upon termination, your right to use the Website ends immediately. Sections that by their nature should survive termination (Intellectual Property, Confidentiality, Disclaimers, Limitation of Liability, Indemnification, Governing Law) will survive.

11 · Governing law and jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of the Website shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Bangalore, India, except where applicable law provides for non-waivable consumer protections in your jurisdiction.

12 · Changes to these terms

We may modify these Terms from time to time. The “Effective date” at the top of this page indicates the current version. Material changes will be highlighted in a notice on the Website. Continued use of the Website after changes constitutes acceptance.
