The platform

Sovereignty is architectural, not contractual.

One licence covering telephony, recording, QM, CRM, ticketing and analytics — running on the brain your regulator allows. Deploy it inside your own perimeter, on our managed infrastructure, or both at once with the separation enforced in the architecture.

Sovereign Brain

Sovereignty here is architectural, not contractual. The complete AI ecosystem — the language models, the AI Worker voices, the inference runtime and every supporting service — is deployed on infrastructure you own, inside your own network perimeter.

Zero egress. Zero external API calls. Zero per-minute inference cost. Customer voice and text data stay inside your environment for their entire lifecycle, and the boundary is auditable rather than merely promised.

The model catalogue is curated and benchmarked for voice-grade latency, tuned on contact-centre interaction data, and packaged as a production-ready stack matched to your hardware — so you inherit the performance without running a research programme to get it. The deployment is air-gappable for defence, government, and the most regulated tier of BFSI.

Zero external round-trips: the hear–think–speak loop runs entirely inside the deployment perimeter, with no cloud hop on the voice path.
Sizing

Sizing is engineered per deployment, not taken from a price list. Concurrency, language mix, retention policy, latency target and your existing data-centre estate all move the answer, and a generic specification usually means paying for the wrong thing twice.

Build specification

The AIWRKR team runs a structured assessment of your specific requirement and returns a complete build specification for your Sovereign AI Brain — compute and GPU, storage, network, software stack, and the surrounding operational requirements needed to run it.

Deployment 02 · The flexibility tier

Cloud Brain

The Cloud Brain runs on our managed infrastructure, integrated with the leading LLM providers. You are not tied to any single vendor's roadmap: pick the model that suits each workflow — accuracy, latency, language coverage, cost — and change it as the market moves, without re-engineering anything around it. The AI market moves faster than any procurement cycle; this is how you stay current without re-platforming.

Pay-per-use elasticity: you pay for the minutes actually consumed, with predictable monthly billing.

Cloud Brain is ideal for pilots, global deployments that span multiple regulatory jurisdictions, multi-region burst capacity during seasonal spikes, and workloads where the customer's regulatory posture allows external LLM processing.

Model selection · per workflow Swap without re-engineering
Outbound marketing Cost per minute matters most Efficient general model Live
NPS surveys Simple, high volume Small fast model Live
Multilingual enquiries Language coverage matters most Broad multilingual model Live
Complex reasoning pilots Accuracy matters most Frontier model Live
Billed on minutes consumed Predictable monthly billing
Deployment 03 · The production reality

Hybrid

In production, most enterprise customers run both. Sovereign for regulated workflows (BFSI customer voice, healthcare PHI, government PII). Cloud for non-regulated workflows (outbound marketing campaigns, NPS surveys, public-information enquiries). Same platform. Same admin console. Same APIs. Same modules. The customer picks the brain per workflow.

Architecturally enforced separation

A never-cross-connect guarantee.

The platform enforces a never-cross-connect guarantee between Sovereign and Cloud workloads. Sovereign customer data cannot accidentally leak into Cloud inference pathways, even via shared infrastructure components.

Network layer Enforced
Separate VPCs for Sovereign and Cloud workloads.
Runtime layer Enforced
Separate inference clusters — no shared execution path.
Data layer Enforced
Separate object stores with separate KMS keys.
Auditable. Provable. Enforced at the network, runtime and data layers — not asserted in a policy document.
Governance 04

Guardrails & trust

Your rules are constraints in the platform, not instructions in a prompt. Every AI action is checked before it executes, and the check is recorded whether it passes or blocks.

Approval limits and policy exceptions enforced before execution
Consent, DNC and calling windows checked pre-dial
Disclosures read verbatim, never improvised
Every check logged whether it passes or blocks
PCI DSS HIPAA GDPR DPDP SOC 2 Type II

One licence

Everything in the platform is included. The eleven things most contact centres buy from six vendors arrive as one line on one contract — which is also why there is no per-minute AI meter to negotiate.

Integration Layer

Your core systems wired for execution, not lookup. An AI worker doesn't read a balance and read it out — it moves the money, changes the plan, opens the case and writes the outcome back.
